Opens on your locations now
The step lands here instead of the empty form, so the location you already have is the first thing you see. One conditional on the default tab.

A Carepatron telehealth location was auto-created at signup, but you land on the form, so this badge is the only clue.

The bug
Pick "Telehealth video call" and this flips to "Other"
The built-in Carepatron location already owns the telehealth type, so the form falls back to the generic type and shows that internal name.

The field keeps the label you clicked
It still maps to the Other type underneath, but nothing contradicts your click. Roughly one line of front-end, no backend work.

Now reads "Other telehealth"
The same name the location gets in your list. Option, field and saved row finally agree with each other.

No telehealth option at all now
Fine for Meet and Zoom users. Anyone on Teams, Doxy.me or another platform has no route in, so this needs a catch-all before shipping.
